We engineered a custom automation solution for the coil wrapper line at Chadormalou Mine, including design, integration, and deployment of PLC controls and sensor logic. Our work involved:

• Developing control logic to regulate motor speed and sequence operations

• Ensuring system stability via real-time signal mapping between sensors and actuators

• Implementing interfaces to facilitate operator control and diagnostics

• Delivering reliable automation that reduced wear, improved safety, and increased uptime

This project showcases our ability to provide industrial-scale control systems from scratch, with hands-on execution and domain expertise in heavy machinery automation.
